Victor Vasquez is a resident of Fawcett City, Wisconsin. He is the husband of Rosa Vasquez and with her, have fostered several children in the city, including Mary Bromfield, Freddy Freeman, Pedro Peña, Eugene Choi and Darla Dudley. Ever since the Darkseid's Invasion, Victor and Rosa have also been fostering Billy Batson.
