Selinda "Linda" Flinders (born Selinda Zhivkov) is a native of the Eastern European country of Vlatava, having grown up there with her twin brother Baran. As supporters of Count Vertigo during his brief rule over Vlatava, they both developed Metahuman abilities, attracting the attention of one of Vertigo's allies, Brother Blood. Blood brought the twins to the United States, where they would both join the terrorist organisation H.I.V.E.
