Wallace "Wally" West is a Metahuman and the speedster of the Teen Titans.
After gaining his superhuman speed during the Metahuman Outbreak, he was quickly found and recruited by Jay Garrick, becoming one of his new apprentices. He took on the name Kid-Flash for a time until the death of Barry Allen in the Injustice League, and afterwards took on the name Red Streak.
