Synopsis[]
Following the aftermath of Mr. Freeze's attack on the GCPD headquarters, the citizens of Gotham are drawn into the emergence of Metahumans around the city. Commissioner James Gordon must team up with Batman to keep these metahumans from joining the ranks of Gotham's most dangerous crime families.
